SARMAT
The RS-SARMAT, often colloquially known as "Satan II" is a Russian liquid-fueled, MIRV(multiple independently targetable reentry vehicle) equipped,super-heavy intercontinental ballistic missile(ICBM). It is among Russia's next-generation missiles which include Kinzhal and Avangard hypersonic missiles. This missile can hit a target that is 6000km away.
FACTS ABOUT SARMAT MISSILE:
- Sarmat is an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of nuclear charges. (Ballistic missile is a rocket-propelled self-guided strategic-weapons system that follows a ballistic trajectory to deliver a payload from its launch site to a predetermined target).
