Reorganizing the Andhra Pradesh
The Andhrapradesh Government has made new 13 districts in order to make Schemes more accessible to the people and Administration to People's doorsteps. with this move, Andhra Pradesh will have 26 Districts now.
New districts will be Manageable unlike the old ones with an overage population of 19.07 each compared to the average of 38.15 lakhs as per the 2011 Census
Apart from 13 New districts, 12 Additional Revenue divisions also have been created taking their total number to 72
on the Infrastructure front, transit accommodation has been provided to Collectors and Superintendents and efforts are underway to build integrated administrative blocks on 15 acres in each district
